For quality assurance purposes, all returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and with the tag still intact, to be eligible for a refund. We do allow some flexibility during the holidays, as many orders are intended to be given as gifts. Outside of this 30-day window, however, orders are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement.
